Ceramicist Amy Benzie and interdisciplinary artist Carrie Fertig have both trained in Evaluation, how it hones your writing, makes your points clear, concise, and deeply fitting to your proposed activity. Bringing evaluation into your plan from pre-funded activity on your timeline, to during and post-proposal activity, helps keep your project on track, and reinforces your project management understanding, lowering the risk of funding your project. Learn to write your proposal, timeline, and budget for evaluation: to help you, any participants, should your project include some, and prove your management skills.
