The budget is just as important as the proposal; it’s a looking glass into your project management skills, and a critical factor in the risk the funder must consider to make their decision. In our second session of Connecting Makers Funding Applications In-depth, learn how to make a budget that pays yourself and any others involved fairly, includes every bit of in-kind, let’s the funder know it’s low risk, and informs your proposal with deep understanding of what is possible within the financial limits of a particular fund. Led by ceramicist Amy Benzie and interdisciplinary artist Carrie Fertig.
