Building on ‘The First International Artist-Led Soapdish Market of Glasgow 2024’, AAS Member Morven Mulgrew continues her endeavours for soapdish related artistry and content later in 2026. Biennale elements supported by Connecting Makers are:

• An International Exposition of Soapdishes in the Expanded Field – part of a Maker’s Gathering, with works offered for sale, with no commission
• A Panel Discussion on soapdishes featuring Mairi Mackenzie, Rhona Paterson and AAS Member Alice Dansey-Wright
• Pavilions showcasing the best in contemporary Soapdish (20 tables available)

All are invited to the Grand Opening Gala featuring international touring DJ Despicable Bastard and Snacks and Drinks.

Morven invites artists, designers, makers and soapdish lovers to submit applications for the above opportunities by 31 October 2026. Complete the form to submit a soapdish to the Exposition, express your interest in attending the Panel Discussion or apply for a table in the Pavilion.
