A membership organisation run by makers for makers giving an authentic, collective and professional voice for the sector. Posts by Advisor @helenvoce.

'Mentoring is a great way to share your experience 'Mentoring is a great way to share your experiences & issues with a colleague & together come to a greater understanding about what next steps to take with supportive encouragement.’
.
#Maker #Artist @jennypope_lifecoach will share her experience of #mentoring on the Peer to Peer Co-Mentoring strand of #AAS & @craftscotland's 'Resilience Programme'.
.
If you are a #maker who seeks the support of another like-minded maker to develop your practice, but have limited experience of #mentoring & how the process works, then the Peer to Peer Co-mentoring strand could be for you.
.
At the introductory workshop you will learn more about the co-mentoring process, it’s effective use, how to set goals for your development & have a go at mentoring with a fellow maker. At the workshop conclusion, equipped with tools & techniques, you will be invited to continue co-mentoring activity with your peers.
.
Apply by 17:00 on Thursday 01/04/2021.
.
Further details about mentoring & the Resilience Programme is available via the link in our bio ⬆️.
