A membership organisation run by makers for makers giving an authentic, collective and professional voice for the sector. Posts by Advisor @helenvoce.

A new free #mentoring initiative - the Resilience A new free #mentoring initiative - the Resilience Programme - launches today led by #AAS & @craftscotland.
.
The Programme is designed to help #makers in #Scotland navigate the particularly challenging circumstances resulting from the #COVID19 pandemic.
.
The Resilience Programme has 2 strands:
.
1. Peer-to-Peer Co-Mentoring, commences April 2021.
This strand is particularly suitable for makers who are less certain about the way they want to develop their practice or are looking for broader, more collaborative support.
Applications are now open, closing 17:00 on Thursday 1 April 2021.
.
2. Mentor/Mentee, commencing May 2021
This strand will invite applications from makers who have a clear idea about the direction they want to take & are keen to work with an experienced mentor to support them in their development.
Applications will open in April 2021.
.
Makers can choose which mentoring model best supports their needs & make 1 application to the strand that fits their needs.
.
Each strand will be supported by #free online #workshops & #resources that will be available beyond the programme. At each workshop there will be inspiring speakers, exercises to help put ideas into practice & drop-in sessions to offer follow up support.
.
Applications are now invited for the Peer-to-Peer Co-Mentoring strand. Apply by 17:00 on Thursday 1 April 2021.
.
Further information about the Resilience Programme & a detailed Peer to Peer Co-Mentoring Application Pack are available via the link in our bio ⬆️.
.
The Resilience Programme is funded by @creativescots.
