Bio

I am an applied artist working predominantly in glass with fusing, casting and stain glass being my main disciplines. I have wider experience of working with hot glass, silver, wood and paper.

After many years based in a shared glass studio in Glasgow, I relocated back home to the Isle of Jura in 2018 and am currently developing my glass studio and my artistic practice. My work is strongly influenced by the landscape, communities and stories of the west coast of Scotland.

Alongside my practice, I have worked in a voluntary and paid capacity with the Scottish Glass Society for several years and am currently the SGS@40: Future of SGS Project Co-ordinator.
I also work as a freelance arts manager / producer and have supported a range of arts organisations with project development, events, sustainable working practices and the writing of policies and procedures.
