Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Applied Arts Scotland (AAS) will be held online, 10:00 – 12:00 on Friday 25 April 2025.

Join our AGM to:

• reflect on our activities in the previous year through the Chair’s report, including an update on AAS membership and projects such as Culturality, In Our Hands and Closing the Loop.
• carry out organisational business including consideration of AAS’s accounts and the election / re-election of members of the AAS Board of Trustees.
• learn more about our future activities and adventures with our members and supporters as a new Creative Scotland multi-year funded organisation.

AGM papers will be shared in advance of the meeting.

To proceed with the AGM we need a minimum number of AAS members present for us to be quorate. Therefore, we would be grateful if you could register to attend the AGM by Tuesday 22 April 2025.
